At Western Volkswagen,

With this in mind, we monitor our service to you
on an ongoing basis. Customers who have had Service
work carried out or have taken delivery of a new car,
will be contacted by Maritz Research Company on behalf
of the Retailer and Volkswagen UK . At that time they
will carry out a structured interview gaining your
valuable feedback to ensure that we are providing the
level of service that you deserve. All this being said,
there may be occasions when the service may not have
satisfied your needs. If that is the case, we would
rather have the chance to put it right.
If you have a concern that you would like to discuss,
please feel free to contact the Dept Manager or Brand
Manager at each location, as they will be delighted
to listen and take your comments onboard. If we don’t
know what has gone wrong with our service to you, we
can’t do anything about it.
