Tyres are a component most likely to require replacement due to wear and tear. With tyre legislation now tight and potential fines high, extra attention should be paid in order to keep within safety and legal requirements.

By including the tyres element in your plan, you can have new tyres fitted during the plan period when necessary due to fair wear and tear. The tyre fitted will be the same size and specification of tyre, although it may not necessarily be the same brand. The tyres can be fitted at over 800 suppliers nationwide, so you are never far from assistance. Wheel alignment and geometry checks are also included in this element of the plan.

There are specific exclusions which relate to misuse or vandalism, kerbing accidental damage and replacement due to punctures — though puncture repairs are covered.
