With a Maintenance Plan through Volkswagen Finance you can spread all your maintenance costs across 2 or 3 years and set a mileage that reflects the use you will make of the car.

A Maintenance Plan can be taken out on a new car at the time of purchase or a used car that is under 12 months old and is yet to have its 10,000 mile service done. There are three levels of cover available. You will find details of these by following the links above.

Every Maintenance Plan taken out automatically has Volkswagen Customer Service for the length of the plan. Volkswagen Customer Service is the national roadside assistance service dedicated to Volkswagen owners and drivers.

VCS is a full breakdown recovery service and has a number of other benefits that can be used when needed. These can include recovery to the nearest, or most suitable, Volkswagen retailer, a replacement car for up to 2 days if necessary and a 24 hour legal helpline. And all this is part of the Maintenance plan — regardless of the level of cover you choose.
