Major service

£249 (every 24 months/20,000 miles)

This includes: oil & filter change - Replace pollen filter - Vehicle inspection and report to include: all lights, instruments, bodywork, glass, locks, battery, coolant level, drive belts, braking system, steering, hoses, drive shafts, suspension and exhaust system - Wash and vac - Replace air filter - Spark plugs (petrol engine) or fuel filter (diesel engine) - remove wheels and check brakes - check/adjust tension of all drive belts - Check gearbox oil level - Check final drive oil level - Full vehicle road test - Diagnostic check including report - Re-set service interval display - Volkswagen stamp inservice book. Prices includes parts, oil, labour and VAT. This offer applies to vehicles following a time and distance servicing regime only.

MOT Test for £39.

Available only on UK mainland. Pre-MOT inspections in Northern Ireland

We've designed a special fixed price service plan just for volkswagen owners, whch includes 2 services, as per the Volkswagen recommended service regime and free MOT tests for the life of your plan (pre MOT inspections in Northern Ireland). The other good news is that this service plan is available to cars over 90 days old, which means that even if your car isn't 3 years old, you can still benefit from this great offer!

2 services as per Volkswagen's recommended service regime for vehicles set to time and distace only. Cars must be a minimum of 90 days old and less than eight yeares old, with less than 80,000 miles on the clock at time of sale

We'll give you a car

Loan Car - £12.50 Including insurance with a minimum excess of £250; excluding fuel.

Free if you self insure. Insurance must be fully comprehensive to a value agreed with your Volkswagen Authorised repairer. Evidence of insurance to the correct level will need to be produced before the loan car can be released. Don't forget: Bring both parts of your driving licence on the day. Please be aware that loan cars need to be booked in advance of your visit.

Collect and deliver

Depending where you live, we'll pick your car up and drop it back when the service is over, saving you the trouble of arranging alternative transport. Simply let s know before your appointment.

Any journeys over a 40 minute drive time each way are discretionary and need to be discussed with us directly. Please be aware that collection and delivery appointments need to be booked in advance of your visit.

Courtesy lift

If your next stop is less than 20 minutes away, we'll drop you off and pick you up, free of charge.

Any minor bodywork repairs will need to be booked in advance of your visit. Please be aware that if your authorised Repairer feels that a minor bodywork repair is not viable they may recommend a body shop repair instead.

We offer free visual health checks

We promise to give your Volkswagen a 34-point check of all the basics, which includes: all lights, instruments, bodyworks, glass locks, battery, coolant level, drive belts, braking systems, steering, hoses, drive shafts and exhaust system - these are absolutely free and with no obligation. Call and ask us to book you in for an Express Visual Check (EVC) and we'll arrange it all for you.

We'll fit exterior bulbs and wiper blades free

We promise to fit wiper blades (avg. price less than £16.00) and exterior bulbs (avg. price less than £700) bought from us free of charge. We'll replace all exterior bulbs, including sidelights, headlights, brakelights, foglights, reverse indicator bulbs. If you need interior, Xenon or LED lights replacing, just ask and we'll provide a competitive quote for fitting those, too.

Free road test with a technician if required

We promise that if you want to demonstrate your concern face-to-face with one of our technicians, you can. Just ask and we'll arrange for one to be available for you: because sometimes its easier to show than tell.

We only fit Volkswagen genuine Parts covered by a 2 year parts and labour warranty

We promise to offer you the right service at the right time: charging Volkswagen set times for all work and offering a 2-years parts and labour warranty on parts fitted after the manufacturer's warranty has expired. (Excludes wear and tear items such as brake pads, wiper blades and tyres.

We'll match any like-for-like quote within 5 miles

We promise to match any like-for-like written quote for service, maintenance and repair using Volkswagen Genuine Parts from any garage within 5 miles. Its that simple.
